Personal Data
1. The data subject, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), provides Luis Murias Unipessoal Lda, owner of the MasterPacks brand, with the personal data necessary for the use of the Portal, placing orders and the respective purchase, which may include, namely: name; tax identification number, when applicable; telephone; mobile phone; email address; billing address and delivery address.
The collection and processing of the data necessary for the execution of the order are mandatory for the conclusion and performance of the purchase and sale contract through the Portal, and optional for marketing purposes when the respective processing depends on the consent of the data subject.
2. The collection and processing of personal data have specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, namely: conclusion and performance of purchase and sale contracts; processing and delivery of orders; issuance of invoices; customer support; compliance with legal and contractual obligations; fraud prevention; pursuit of the Company's legitimate interests; and marketing and sending of commercial communications, when legally permitted.
The lawfulness of the processing may be based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR, depending on the purpose and circumstances of the processing.
3. The data collected are processed lawfully, transparently and confidentially and are kept for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or for the retention periods imposed by the applicable legislation.

4. Personal data may be communicated or made available to third parties when necessary for the execution of orders, operation of the Online Store or compliance with legal obligations, namely payment service providers, carriers, technology platforms, invoicing and accounting service providers and legally competent authorities.
The data will only be made available to the extent necessary for the provision of the respective services or compliance with the applicable obligations.
5. The data subject has the right, under the legally applicable terms, to request access to, rectification, amendment, updating, restriction, objection, portability and erasure of the personal data concerning them, as well as to withdraw the consent previously given when the processing is based on that consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out, nor does it prevent the retention of data whose maintenance is legally mandatory.

6. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable legislation.
In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
7. Cookies are small text files that may be stored on the computer, mobile phone or other device used to access the Portal.
Cookies may contain information related to activity on the Portal, browsing preferences, session, shopping cart, authentication and other information necessary or useful for the operation of the Online Store.
8. Cookies may be used to improve the user experience, enable the operation of certain functionalities, remember preferences, carry out statistical analyses and, when applicable and legally permitted, personalise content or advertising.
9. Cookies do not, by themselves, allow files or information existing on the user's device to be extracted.
The information stored through cookies is essentially intended to facilitate and improve the use and operation of the Portal.
10. The Portal may use its own cookies and cookies or similar technologies made available by third parties, namely services associated with payments, e-commerce, security, statistics, advertising and usage analysis.11. Statistical analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or similar tools, may be used to analyse the use of the Portal and improve its operation.
During the purchase process, certain data may also be processed directly by the payment service providers used by MasterPacks, within their own environment and in accordance with their respective privacy and security policies.
MasterPacks does not have access to the full bank card details entered directly into the systems of the payment service providers.
12. The user may manage, block or delete cookies through the options made available on the Portal, where applicable, or directly through the settings of the browser used.
Disabling certain strictly necessary cookies may prevent or limit the proper functioning of some Portal features, namely the cart, authentication or checkout.
Common Rules
13. This version of the Privacy Policy was updated on 3 September 2026.
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, remove or add provisions to this Privacy Policy, namely to adapt it to legislative changes, to the Portal, to the Online Shop or to the provision of new features and services.
14. Use of the Portal presupposes awareness of this Privacy Policy, without prejudice to the specific consents that are legally required for certain data processing activities.
