How MasterPacks points work

1. Earn points

The base rate is 1 point(s) per eligible €1 excluding VAT. It is not based on your payment total: shipping, fees, discounts and wallet top-ups are excluded. Points are rounded down to a whole number for the purchase.

Example: €123 of eligible products with 23% VAT equals €100 excluding VAT. At the base rate you earn 100 points, worth €1.00 off a future purchase.

Which products qualify?

Eligibility and rates may vary by product. Sale products, pre-orders and products without sufficient cost data may be excluded. Check the estimate on the product page; the final award depends on the products, quantities and discounts in your purchase. Orders using a discount code, including a points code, earn no new points.

2. When can I use them?

Payment must be confirmed. For online orders, points remain pending until delivery is confirmed and a 14-day waiting period has passed. For in-store purchases, the waiting period starts with the paid purchase. Pending points cannot be spent.

In store

Show the customer code from your points area before completing your purchase. Staff link it to your Vendus customer and record the sale through the store points system. To spend points, ask staff to check your balance and allowed discount before issuing the invoice. Your account and balance are shared online and in store.

3. Spend points

100 points are worth €1. Exchange points in multiples of 100 for a personal code in your points area and enter it at checkout while signed into the same account. Each code is for one order and cannot be combined with another coupon.

The discount is limited to 5% of eligible product value and €5.00 per purchase, with a €20.00 minimum purchase. It may be lower if your basket does not contain enough eligible products. Checkout always checks the available limit.

4. Expiry, cancellations and returns

Points expire 12 months after becoming available. Those expiring first are spent first. Creating or cancelling a code does not extend validity. You can cancel a code in your account if it has not been reserved for an order.

Cancellations and refunds reverse the corresponding earned points. If already spent, your balance may become negative; future points offset it. Returned redeemed points keep their original expiry date; expired points do not become available again.
