How can I place an order at MasterPacks?
Simply add the products to your cart, fill in your details at checkout and choose your preferred payment and shipping method. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed.
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or change an order just before it is shipped.

Which carriers do you use?
We work with CTT and DPD, guaranteeing safe and traceable shipments.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are estimated after the order has been dispatched:
Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 working days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 7 working days
Europe: 5 to 10 working days
Deadlines may vary due to factors external to MasterPacks (carrier, time of year, etc.).
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code, where applicable.
📦 Pre-sales
What are pre-sale products?
These are products that can be purchased before the official launch date.
⚠️ These items are never shipped before the official launch date.
Can I buy products in stock together with pre-sale products?
Yes, but the order will only be shipped when all the items are available.
If you wish to receive the products in stock earlier, we recommend that you place separate orders.
🔁 Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Which products cannot be returned?
Some products, by their nature, cannot be returned, namely:
Sealed TCG products that have been opened or have a broken seal
Mystery Packs
Gift cards
Always consult the Returns Policy for more details.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and checking the condition of the returned items, the refund will be made by the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.

Are the products original and sealed?
Yes. All products sold on MasterPacks are original, official and sealed, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Do the product images correspond exactly to the item received?
The images are merely illustrative. There may be slight variations in the packaging due to updates from the manufacturers.
