🕓 Return Period

MasterPacks offers a 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

🧾 Eligibility Requirements

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

To be in the same condition as when it was received;
Show no signs of use, wear or damage;
All original labels and packaging must be intact;
It must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to loja@masterpacks.pt Include the order number and details of the item to be returned.

Returns should be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a free shipping label and instructions for the process.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted .

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Always check your order upon receipt.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at loja@masterpacks.co.uk so that we can assess the case and resolve the problem quickly.

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you that the refund has been accepted.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days .

There are no return shipping costs or restocking fees.
If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days , please contact us again.
