🛒 Orders
How can I place an order at MasterPacks?
Simply add the products to your cart, fill in your details at checkout, and choose your preferred payment and shipping method. After payment confirmation, your order will be processed.
Can I change or cancel an order after it's been placed?
Yes, it is possible to cancel or change an order only before it has been shipped .
To do this, you should contact us as soon as possible via email at loja@masterpacks.pt .

Currently, we accept several payment methods available at checkout, including:

- MB Way

- Bank transfer (when available)

Which shipping companies do they use?
We work with CTT and DPD , guaranteeing safe and trackable shipments.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are estimated after the order is submitted.
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
- Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 7 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond MasterPacks' control (shipping company, time of year, etc.).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code , if applicable.
📦 Pre-Sales
What are pre-order products?
These are products that can be purchased before the official release date.
⚠️ These items are never shipped before the official release date .
Can I buy in-stock products along with pre-order products?
Yes, but the order will only be shipped when all items are available .
If you want to receive the products in stock sooner, we recommend that you place separate orders.
🔁 Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, as described in our Return and Refund Policy .
Which products cannot be returned?
Some products, by their nature, cannot be returned, namely:
- TCG sealed products that have been opened or have a broken seal.
- Mystery Packages
- Gift cards
Always refer to the Return Policy for more details.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and verifying the status of the returned items, the refund will be made using the same payment method , within a maximum of 14 days .

Are the products original and sealed?
Yes. All products sold at MasterPacks are original, official, and sealed , unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
Do the product images accurately reflect the item received?
The images are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in packaging due to manufacturer updates.
