Your order will not be considered accepted until MasterPacks confirms acceptance. We have to receive and process payment before your order is accepted. Before submitting your order, please review it closely, as MasterPacks may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, make changes to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to send notification via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy <a href="/pages/politica-de-reembolso">Refund Policy</a>.
The user declares and warrants that the purchases they make are intended for personal or domestic use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and therefore do not constitute guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. When we transfer the goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss are transferred to you.

You may not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of MasterPacks. Jumpseller's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Jumpseller. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans relating to the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may receive access to client tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, over which we have no monitoring, control, or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH JUMPSELLER

MasterPacks uses Jumpseller technology to host and operate the online store.

However, all sales and transactions carried out through the masterpacks.pt website are conducted directly between the customer and MasterPacks (Luís Múrias Unipessoal Lda) .

Jumpseller is not responsible for any aspect of sales, deliveries, warranties, or products sold.

By using our website, the customer acknowledges that Jumpseller acts only as a provider of technical infrastructure and not as a contracting party to the purchase.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MasterPacks, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF JUMPSELLER AND THEIR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF INFORMATION ABOUT THIS POSSIBILITY HAS BEEN SHARED.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MasterPacks, Jumpseller and our affiliates, partners, officers, administrators, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim that may give rise to compensation, provided that failure to promptly notify you does not exempt you from your obligations, except in the case of material losses. We may manage the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including the selection of a lawyer, but we will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (which shall not be unjustifiably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of claims for damages, including by providing relevant documentation.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Lisbon district , with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
